Obama and Rudd on Cannabis

On the way to visit President Mini me Obama, PM Rudd drops in at an LA Dispensary and discovers some good medicinal strength Cannabis growing close to fast-food shops and liquor stores.

Australian laws are different concerning the herb, and there is unbalanced legislation within the USA itself.

The President smoked weed in college and did not get caught. Hemp seed foods are accepted in the US, but not in Australia where the industrial crop is cultivated under licence.

Re-classifying the controlled substance is the next step for re-legalisation of the natural therapeutic plant.

Evidence based drug policy is coming soon.

Money is the motivation for a change.

On a mission to learn about dispensing hemp products, Mr Rudd finds Mini me Obama an easy person to speak with.
